Silvyn Safety Services is able to provide specialised Health, Safety and Environmental services to small and medium sized companies who do not have the resources to employ a dedicated Health, Safety and Environmental professional of their own.

We can provide the necessary documentation, safe systems of work and training to enable our clients to comply with the ever increasing legislation in the field of Health and Safety. The service is provided on a consultancy basis at a reasonable cost to our clients.

Our Senior Consultant who is registered on the HSE’s OSHCR Consultants Register. has 30 years hands on experience as a Safety Professional and was formerly Health, Safety & Environmental Divisional Director of a major Engineering Construction Company covering disciplines such as petro-chemical, nuclear, gas, power generation, food processing, asbestos removal, scaffolding, etc.

He is a past member of the Construction Industry Advisory Committee (CONIAC), and held the post of Chairman of the Health, Safety & Environmental Committee of the Engineering Construction Industry for many years and is Editor of the ECIA publication “Radiation Safety for Site Radiography”.

In addition to the above he has developed fully auditable Safety, Health & Environmental Management Systems which have achieved DNV European Accreditation and highly commended awards by both RoSPA and the British Safety Council.
